Legal Notice and Acceptance of Terms

LIGALEON S.L. is a company incorporated under Spanish law, with tax ID B13851712 and registered office at Pol. 10 Par. 625, 07630 Campos, Mallorca, Islas Baleares, Spain (“Villa Colom”, “we”, “us”). These Terms & Conditions, together with the Website Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy, govern the use of our website and the framework for enquiries and bookings relating to Villa Colom and our services.

By accessing or using our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in the version in force at the time of your visit. You confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding agreements in accordance with these terms and that all information provided by you on www.villacolom.com is accurate and complete.

In line with our Privacy Policy, we are committed to keeping your data confidential, using it only for the specified purposes and protecting it against unauthorised access or unlawful disclosure through adequate technical and organisational security measures.

Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• • “Event”: any event, celebration or gathering taking place in one of our villas.
• • “Villa”: any property offered for rent via our website.
• • “Services”: any additional services or offerings presented on our website.

1. General Information

1.1 We organise events and provide related services and act as event organisers. We work with exclusive partners such as artists, venues and service providers. When we refer to “service providers” or “partners”, we mean companies that exclusively provide certain services, venues or artistic performances for us.

1.2 Stays at Villa Colom and the number and type of events we can offer depend on factors such as the number of guests, arrival and departure dates and overall occupancy. Due to demand and existing bookings, certain stays or events may not be available for specific dates. We therefore recommend that you enquire about the current availability of Villa Colom and request your stay, favourite events and/or services as early as possible.

1.3 From time to time, events or services may be offered as packages or as part of special promotions. These may include exclusive dinners, meals, merchandising items or other amenities.

2. Use of Our Website and Booking of Our Services

2.1 Clients must be at least 18 years of age to use our website and to make bookings. Persons under the age of 18 may only use the website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

2.2 The information displayed on our website – including villas, availability, descriptions and any price indications – is provided for information purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer on our part.

2.3 Clients may submit a preliminary booking request for a villa via the form available on our website. We will then check availability and send the client a non-binding offer including prices, deposit and cancellation conditions.

2.4 To confirm a booking, the client must accept the offer and pay the specified deposit. After receipt of the deposit, we will send the client a booking confirmation.

2.5 The balance is due no later than 30 days before arrival. If payment is not received on time, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and retain the deposit.

2.6 Clients are responsible for informing us in due time of any changes to their contact details so that we can reach them regarding their booking.

2.7 We accept no liability for losses or damages resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.

Any booking or reservation is subject to these Terms & Conditions.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

3.1 Cancellations must be made in writing and become effective on the date we receive the notification.

3.2 For cancellations more than 60 days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, less a handling fee of EUR 100.

3.3 For cancellations between 30 and 60 days before arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.

3.4 For cancellations less than 30 days before arrival, the full booking amount is non-refundable.

3.5 We strongly recommend that clients take out suitable travel insurance to cover potential cancellation costs.

3.6 In the unlikely event that we must cancel a booking for reasons beyond our control, we will notify the client as soon as possible and use our best efforts to offer an alternative. If no suitable alternative is available, we will provide a full refund of amounts paid.

4. Events and Conduct at Our Villa

4.1 Clients renting our villa for an event are responsible for ensuring that the event is conducted in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.

4.2 The client must inform us in advance of all relevant details of the event, including the expected number of guests and any special requirements.

4.3 The client is responsible for ensuring that the villa and its furnishings are treated with care and respect throughout the stay and the event. Any damage caused during the event – including damage caused by guests – must be compensated by the client.

4.4 Excessive noise and disturbances must be avoided, and all local regulations regarding noise and nuisance must be observed.

4.5 The client must leave the villa in a reasonable condition at the end of the rental period. Additional cleaning fees may apply if the property is left in an excessively soiled state.

4.6 Smoking is not permitted in certain indoor areas of the villa. The client must contact us to find out where smoking is allowed. Pets are only permitted with our prior consent.

4.7 The client must ensure that all guests comply with these Terms & Conditions. Any serious breach may result in the termination of the booking and the requirement to vacate the villa without refund.

5. Limitation of Liability and Indemnity

5.1 We are not liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered by the client or their guests unless caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

5.2 We are not liable for losses or damages arising from force majeure or events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, civil unrest or acts of war.

5.3 The client agrees to indemnify and hold us harmless from any liability, losses, damages or claims arising out of the use of our website or services, including – but not limited to – injuries or damages occurring during an event at one of our villas, except where caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

6. Fair Use

Users of our website agree not to misuse the site or engage in unauthorised activities. We reserve the right to cancel any suspicious transactions, and any related bookings or reservations may be declared invalid.

7. Fraudulent Reservations

We reserve the right to cancel any reservation that has been made fraudulently or is suspected to have been made for fraudulent purposes.

8. Verification of Bookings/Reservations

We review each booking and/or reservation request individually and contact every client who submits a booking or reservation enquiry.

9. Services

We act as organisers and coordinators of events and work with exclusive partners who support us in delivering these events. Our events and related services are subject to fees, and we make sure that you receive the applicable prices upon request, usually in PDF format via email.

10. Payment Methods

Clients can make payments from their own bank accounts using the payment methods provided by their bank. The standard payment method is bank transfer (wire transfer). Any specific payment terms or bank details will be communicated in our individual offers and booking confirmations.

11. Additional Provisions

We act as organisers and coordinators of events and work with exclusive partners who assist us in delivering high-quality services. Our events and related services incur costs, and we ensure that you receive detailed price information upon request in PDF format by email. Any additional or customised arrangements will be specified in the individual offer and agreement with the client.
